Package Your Device
Carefully place the ChessUp board and all included accessories, such as cables and chess pieces, back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
