Does the ChessUp board come with a warranty?
Yes, every ChessUp board includes a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or hardware malfunctions under normal use.

Is the ChessUp app compatible with my smartphone?

How do I update the firmware on my device?
Firmware updates are delivered wirelessly through the ChessUp mobile app. When an update is available, you will receive a prompt in the app to sync and update your board.
